Destiny 4U Counseling where Peace and Tranquility resides for You and your Destiny.
We offer group and individual therapy. Our group therapy consists of one or more facilitators leading a group of roughly five to 15 patients. Typically, groups meet for an hour or two each week. Some people attend individual therapy in addition to groups, while others participate in groups only. Our groups are designed to target a specific problem, such as depression, Family Violence, Anger Management, Parenting, Shoplifting, Life Coaching, obesity, panic disorder, social anxiety, and substance abuse.
